Spring and Summer Walter

Here are a few pictures of Walter over the last couple of months. First he showed off his boy scout look for us.

Then, he got to be the star at a fashion show for the humane society.

He had his first encounter with an escalator. He's such a good dog!

We've also been playing lots of fetch. Lots and lots of fetch.






He had some fun hanging out with the Sady Monster.

And he is ALWAYS ready to be the handsomest doggie I know!

Turtle Creek Ranch

Happy Birthday!!!

This past weekend was Mr. Klink's birthday. I took him to Turtle Creek Ranch for a quiet get-away. These are the pictures from this weekend. Enjoy!

The "cabin" we stayed in was on one end of a renovated pole barn.

This was the main living area . . .

Some general scenery around the ranch.



The ranch had all sorts of animals around. The horses lived the back and side the pole barn.



The goats lived on the other side of the ranch.


And then there were the pot bellied piggies . . .




Walter tried to make friends with the various animals.
The pigs didn't seem to mind him.

The horses didn't seem to mind either.

Walter was especially brave with the horses when his people were around.


The goats were another story . . .

One in particular didn't appreciate Walter's curiosity and butted him right in the head.


Of course, we made friends with the animals too - we especially liked the horses.




This was "Huck" - one of the resident dogs.


And of course I had to take a bunch of family and Walter pictures to remember the weekend.
